Important Points
- Non-refundable Orders: Orders once placed are non-refundable. All products are made to order and we do not offer exchanges.
- Product Inspection: Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our workshop.
- Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order is damaged during shipping or if an incorrect order is delivered, please follow the instructions below.
Return and Exchange Instructions
- Notification Period: Inform us within 2 working days from receiving the order. Write to us at support@treasuredtales.in
- Replacement: We only replace a damaged or incorrect order if informed within the specified period.
Guidelines for a Valid Return

Video: Parcel opening video is a must. Opening videos should be recorded from the start, beginning with unboxing the package and continuing until the issue with the product is clearly shown. There should not be any break in the video or any editing done.
- Original Condition: The product should be in its original condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Box Retention: The box should be retained and returned.
Cancellation Policy
- Easy Cancellation: You can cancel your online order before the product has been created. The entire order amount will be refunded.
- Personalized order: You can cancel personalised orders before it goes into production. The time limit for it is within 12 hours of placing the order.

Returned Goods:
If a product is returned to us by the delivery partner due to non-acceptance, incorrect address, or failure to contact the customer, we’ll be happy to resend it. However, the reshipping cost will need to be covered by the customer.

For parcels up to 500g, the reshipping fee is ₹80.

For parcels above 500g, the fee will be calculated based on the order weight.

If you choose Speed Post, the reshipping cost will be based on actual Speed Post charges.
We will contact the customer via email using the details provided at checkout. If there is no response within 30 days of our initial email notification, we reserve the right to dispose of or discard any personalized or custom-made items, as these cannot be restocked or resold.
Please ensure that your contact and shipping details are accurate at the time of placing the order to avoid such issues.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
